Delivery areas
We deliver to all governorates across Egypt through trusted courier companies.
Delivery time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–4 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3–6 business days for other governorates. Orders with custom prescription lenses may require an additional 2–3 business days for manufacturing.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Cash on delivery is available.
Order tracking
You can track your order at any time from the Orders page on our website using your order number and phone number. We also send status updates by email.
