We use your information to process and deliver your orders, arrange payment, send order confirmations and status updates, respond to your questions, and — only if you subscribed — send offers and news. Prescription details are used solely to manufacture your lenses.
Payments
Online card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Paymob). We never see, store, or have access to your full card details.
Sharing your information
We share your delivery details only with the shipping courier and your payment details only with the payment provider, strictly to complete your order. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data security and retention
Your data is stored securely and access is limited to order fulfilment. We keep order records as required by Egyptian law and delete data that is no longer needed.
