Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange frames within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories (cases, clip-ons, and extra lenses).
Prescription lenses
Custom-made prescription lenses are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our side.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective product or an order different from what you placed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or mobile wallet after we receive the returned item.
How to request a return
